1. Order Processing
Orders are reviewed, prepared, and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
This period includes order verification, product preparation, and secure packaging.
You will receive an email update once your parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Orders submitted after working hours begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Windows
Delivery speed may vary based on destination, carrier availability, customs activity, and local courier operations.
The timelines below are general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Domestic delivery where available: Usually 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: Usually 14–21 business days depending on the destination country.
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs review, weather disruption, holiday traffic, or courier network conditions.
Your tracking number will provide the most current shipment status.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on destination, package weight, parcel size, and selected shipping option.
All available delivery costs are shown before your order is completed.
- Free shipping may be available during selected promotions or special offers.
- Priority or express delivery may be offered for an additional charge when available.
- Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has been dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, or local fees applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery charges.
- Orders refused due to unpaid import fees may be returned with shipping costs deducted from any eligible refund.
- Customs processing is controlled by local authorities and may delay delivery.
6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
After dispatch, the carrier manages delivery progress. Although courier handling is outside our direct control, NutraMD will assist customers with eligible delivery concerns.
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, please check nearby locations and contact the courier first.
- Lost package claims may require a formal investigation with the shipping provider.
- If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos.
7. Correct Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
NutraMD cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.
- Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an address change before dispatch.
- Address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
8. Returned or Undeliverable Orders
Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid fees, or incorrect address information will be reviewed according to the conditions below.
- Reshipment: Available when applicable after the additional shipping cost is paid.
- Refunds: Any eligible refund may exclude original shipping charges and return-related costs.
